On August 21, Sinodata and Guangzhou Bank jointly signed the “Strategic Cooperation Agreement between Guangzhou Bank Co., Ltd. and Sinodata Tech Co., Ltd.” in Guangzhou, announcing long-term strategic cooperation. Shen Sa, President of Sinodata, and Qiu Bin, Governor of Guangzhou Bank, signed the strategic cooperation agreement on behalf of both parties.

At the signing ceremony, Chairman Huang Zili introduced the overall development of Guangzhou Bank and thought highly of the importance of this strategic cooperation. He pointed out that in the crucial year of Guangzhou Bank's transformation, it needed more solid scientific and technological strength supports, hoping to go on full range and comprehensive cooperation in retail business and smart banking and other aspects. As a leading financial technology company in China, Sinodata is able to help Guangzhou Bank in terms of accounts, products, payment, and platform, and assist Guangzhou Bank to form a unique competitive advantage in a fierce market environment.
